Products & Fit
Yes! Most of Kiziks styles have a standard fit that runs true to what most people wear. For styles that may run smaller or more narrow our website will help direct you in selecting the best size. If you find that you are between two sizes, we suggest going with the larger size, just to be safe. This way, everyone can step into comfort.
All our Kizik insoles have a mild arch to it. However, it is also removable so that you can replace them with any orthotics, inserts, or aftermarket insoles you may require. So, everyone can keep it moving, no matter their differences.
You can easily freshen up your Kiziks!
We suggest spot-cleaning using a gentle cloth or toothbrush along with dishwashing liquid and water for our mesh/ knit shoes. After cleaning, rinse and let them air dry.
For our leather and suede shoes we recommend spot-cleaning with a soft cloth only.
Avoid putting your Kiziks in the dryer and direct sun exposure to prevent any reshaping due to heat.
Additionally, insoles are removable and can be machine washed, then left to air-dry. Remember, stay moved, for a body in motion stays in magic.
That's a definite yes! Whether you are looking to refresh your insoles or swap them out for a preferred aftermarket insole, you'll be good to keep moving.
Returns & Exchanges
You are welcome to return Items within 30 days of purchase providing they are unwashed, undamaged and still have the tags attached.
To return an item, log into our returns portal and enter the order number and product code from your order confirmation email sent to the email address used to make the purchase.
Select the return reason, and enter you contact details. Then click to proceed generating your shipping label. Enclose your original Dispatch Note within your parcel.
You can either print out the label at home or use the QR code at the local Post Office where they can print for you. Use the packaging your Kiziks came in, be sure to cover the original delivery label.
Be sure to keep your receipt for shipping until your return has been processed.
Your package will be forwarded to our main returns warehouse where it will be processed within 10 business days from receipt.
Please ensure tags are still intact and that the items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and undeniably still beautiful, so we can give you your full refund. Items that are clearly dirty, stained, smelly, covered in pet hair, washed, and/or have obviously been used do not fall under this return policy.
Once your return has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.
If you did not make your Kizik purchase from Kizik UK, please return your product to the place you originally purchased from.
We’ve made an update to only offer returns as this is a more user-friendly solution overall, and helping to ensure our customers can get the right size, colour, or style faster than an exchange would have.
You can start the return process in our returns portal. If you’d like to get a different item, you can place a new order straight away or you can wait until the return has been processed. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on the order.

Orders, Shipping & Tracking
We're really quick at processing and packing your order up which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.
However, you can return any unwanted items from your order once received using the Returns Portal.
Just remember, we are not able to accept any returns which are not in original condition.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay (on Safari browsers only). You can only use one credit card on each order, that said you can use both a credit card and a gift card.
Important Mobile Payment Notice
Please ensure that your mobile payment service (Apple Pay, Google Pay etc) has the correct shipping address as this cannot be amended once your order is placed.
We ship all UK orders out of our distribution partner Unify Brand Partnerships Limited in Cwmbran, Wales using Royal Mail, Evri and DPD.
Please note, we are only able to ship to UK residential and business addresses.
Kizik cannot guarantee delivery times once orders leave our distribution centre. Delays are possible with the carrier during transit.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders are not processed on weekends, meaning that any orders placed on a Friday after 2pm (Thursday 2pm cut off for DPD), will begin processing the following business day. Please be mindful of public and bank holidays.

To keep you on the move, we fulfill orders Monday through Friday. If you place an order over the weekend, don't worry, we'll process it on the next business day.
Our fulfillment usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once your order is ready We'll let you know so keep an eye on your inbox. The email will have all your shipping details including tracking number.
Transit days start right after the carrier's initial scan from pick up. Tracking details can take up to 24 hours to update depending on the service chosen.

We offer FREE standard delivery on all order £90 and above. Should you desire faster delivery, expedited options are available for selection during checkout.
It's important to note that we fulfill orders exclusively on regular business days and may take up to 24 hours to process. Orders placed after 2 PM weekdays will be processed for dispatch the next working day. For DPD orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be processed the following Monday.
If you’re looking to upgrade your shipping after placing an order. The best course of action is to reach out to your customer service team directly. They can assist you with the request, though keep in mind that it’s not guaranteed. Make sure to provide your order details to expedite the process!

Here at Kizik UK we can only ship within the UK. However we do sell Kizik’s internationally! If you are interested in knowing if your country is one of our delivery locations, simply go to the bottom of the page at kizik.com and change the location selector to your country! It’s a small step for you, but a giant leap into being hands free!
At this time, we don’t have an in-store pick-up system in place for online orders.
Payments & Refunds
We want your order to be right! On occasion damage can happen in transit, just contact our customer service team, and they’ll help you. Send an email to us with your order number and a photo of the damage. Let us know if you would like the order to be replaced or refunded. Our team can team can review and advice next steps.
Our team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. If your request is made outside of these hours or on a weekend, we’ll review it and respond the next business day.
Once your return has been delivered to us, it can take up to 10 business days (allow longer during busier periods such as sales and holidays) for your refund to be processed, you will receive an email confirmation once processed. Depending on the bank or method of payment, funds can take a few days to clear.
If you did not purchase your shoes directly from Kizik UK website, please return your product at the place you originally purchased it.
We aren’t able to refund to a different credit or debit card. If you are doing a return and the original card you used to purchase the item is no longer in working order (i.e. it's a visa gift card, it was voided, etc.), we will be able to refund you via a Kizik gift card.
